about

A man who named "Rosin the Beau" asks people to remember him at his wake. A traditional Irish and English drinking song written in the early 1800s, the melody was eventually used as Abraham Lincoln's campaign song when he ran for president, with different lyrics of course...

lyrics

I've travelled this wide world all over / And on to another I'll go / I know that good quarters are waiting / To welcome old Rosin the Beau (etc...)
